Killer Green Mum Guac


Is there anything better than a tangy, creamy guacamole? Unless you are my sister who is allergic to avo, I think the answer is no! It has taken me awhile to perfect this recipe to my taste, but here it is. Perfect for nachos, toast, or a bunch of the Green Mum zero waste crackers! No plastic was harmed in the making of this dish.


What you need:


2 ripe avocados

1 lime juiced

1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped

1/2 small red onion, finely chopped

1 clove of garlic, grated for finely chopped

1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped (optional)

1 handful of cilantro, finely chopped

A pinch of cumin

A pinch of ground coriander

A pinch of garlic salt

salt to taste


What you do:


1). Peel avocados and mash in a medium-sized bowls (Don't over mash!).

2) Add all ingredients together.

3) Taste and adjust seasoning.

4) Enjoy!
